Method + Orla Kiely = Pure, #CleanHappy Bliss In A Bottle
Here’s what I’m getting into today: I’m doing a tour of my local Target stores. Specifically, I’m doing a tour of the Target aisles with the new limited edition Orla Kiely collection of method hand wash, dish soap and all-purpose cleaner because I have to—I mean, have to—grab as many of the bottles of these bad boys as I can get my hands on.
I’m not a hoarder—I just crush a lot on the pear ginger dish soap and the bay leaf hand soap and bump what you heard, I want to make sure I stock up on those bad boys before the fall collection of method products disappears.
Come on, now: I’ve made no bones about my love for method. I stan for the products—the smell of them, the look of them, the gangsta clean I get from them. I especially love that they won’t spread all kinds of harsh, chemical cooties all over my dishes and counters and bathrooms and floors and things.
And now, one more reason to love method more: Orla Kiely.
The Irish pattern designer, dubbed “the queen of prints,” has her bold graphic, eco-conscious patterns on everything: her own clothing collection, house wares, furnishings, perfume and accessories. And now, she’s the first designer to pair with method on a signature line of designer bottles and scents—four signature prints on a limited edition collection of method hand wash, dish soap and all-purpose cleaner in four nose-hugging scents: pear ginger, bay leaf, primrose and vanilla chai. The partnership makes all the sense in the world, since the planet-friendly method specializes in eye-catching designs on the outside of its fancy schmancy bottles, and squeaky-clean ingredients on the inside. Like all method soaps, the Orla Kiely-designed products are biodegradable, naturally derived and free of dirty ingredients like parabens, phthalates, triclosan and EDTA—plus its all packaged in recyclable bottles made with 100% recycled plastic. SCORE!
I have the pear ginger dish soap and the bay leaf hand soap and, good God, I can’t keep my nose out of either one of them, they smell so delish. Plus, they look so pretty on the granite counters in the kitchen of our new home, I’m planning on rocking those Orla Kiely method bottles right there on my kitchen sink until I can’t find them anymore.
So you’ll have to excuse me while I wrap this bad boy up, grab my purse and beat it over to Target to snatch up as many bottles as I can.

So you know: I recently partnered with Method to write about my family’s experiences with the company’s environmentally-friendly cleaning products. Yes, I’m getting a check for this. No, they’re not paying me to say nice things about their products. As always, my experiences and opinions are my own.

Ok, I’m going to purchase some of the dish soap. We’re trying to transition to greener products in our home, and Method sounds perfect. Hopefully, I’ll become a Method Stan too:)
Hugs and Mocha,
