Yes, darlings, it’s here: the trailer for “With This Ring,” the original Lifetime movie based on “The Vow,” the novel I penned with my homegirls, Angela Burt-Murray, editor of cocoafab.com and Mitzi Miller, editor-in-chief of EBONY magazine. The movie, starring Regina Hall, Jill Scott and Eve, tells the story of three best friends who vow to meet and marry the man of their dreams in one year. The debauchery begins the moment their champagne glasses clink.
“With This Ring” is directed by Nzingha Stewart (who also wrote the screenplay) and executive produced by Gabrielle Union (who also guest stars in the flick), Tracey Edmonds and Sheila Ducksworth. The movie also stars Brooklyn Sudano, Jason Winston George, Stephen Bishop, Deion Sanders and Brian White.
